SNiPhunter SNP search engine makes it easy to find academic literature containing an author listed keyword of interest.
Example: Click on the search field, type tuberculosis and press enter or click on the button to launch the query.
SEARCH QUERIES ARE CASE SENSITIVE
While typing in a search query, a predictive text box will appear below the search field. This box lists entries from an index of the entire database. If your search query is not registered by the predictive text feature, the query will not return any results.
Successive search queries will list new results below old results. Click on the button to remove old results.
Returned results are sorted in descending order by the amount of times the relevant rsSNP has appeared in a linked article. Clicking on the article title will open a new tab in the browser with access links to the full paper. Clicking on the email address will open your default email application with the address of the correspondence author as the recipient. Clicking on the functional annotation links will open a new tab containing functional information relevant to the rsSNP.
